ROCKER  SIZE CHART

Q:  CAN WE USE OUR ROCKER OUTDOORS
 YES :  ON A COVERED PORCH OR PATIO.
They are all made out of Hardwood Maple & Ash (Baseball 
bats are made out of Ash) & have a protective clear varnish top 
coat that makes them very  resistant to temperature variations,
for  use on a covered porch, patio, balcony or sun room
 They should be treated as any other patio or porch furniture 
( for example - rattan or wicker ). We do not recommend 
leaving your rocker unprotected to various other weather 
elements such as rain or excessive moisture from damp 
conditions. Occasional water from rain or dew should just be 
wiped off. Avoid excessive wetness. Ground moisture and 
dampness from grass and earth can also be very harmful.

Q: ARE THE ROCKERS STRONG...HOW MUCH
     WEIGHT CAN THEY SUPPORT?
Our Rocking chairs are made of solid hardwoods and
  are extremely sturdy in construction and designed to 
give you years of pleasure and use under normal living 
circumstances. The seat and frame of our OVERSIZED 
ROCKERS are generously sized  & constructed of larger 
proportions than regular sized rockers & can easily &
comfortably accommodate larger individuals. Oversized 
Rockers are also a favorite among nursing mothers, due 
to the extra room for maneuvering a newborn, & the 
additional space that accommodates pillows for support 
& comfort. Exact weight specifications vary with each 
individual due to height and body mass. Please see size
the chart above for a better idea of the space available.

CAN I GET ANOTHER COLOR OTHER THAN
THE COLORS AND STYLES SHOWN.
Our Rocking chairs that are IN-STOCK for fast shipment
are only available in the color and styles shown. We can
comply with some custom color requests, but the manufacturing
time frame can vary from 6 to 8 weeks. The stlyles shown are
the only styles available. They have been throughout the years
the most requested colors and designs so we try to keep
those styles in stock to accomodate fast shipment.

Q:  ARE YOUR ROCKERS  SUITABLE
AS A NURSING ROCKER ?
Our "Oversized Rockers"  are the overall favorite
of new and nursing mothers. They really enjoy the 
 comfort and versatility of the oversized seat.  Extra
 roomy construction allows for easy maneuverability
while holding an infant, and there is plenty of space 
in the arm area to add support pillows & additional 
cushions.  Traditionally, Rocking chairs have always 
been the choice of new mothers. A rocking chair 
lends itself naturally to a comfortable and slightly 
reclined sitting position allowing both mother and 
child to nurse or just simply relax in comfort. The 
gentle rocking motion of the chair also adds a tranquil 
and soothing element to quiet moments while holding, 
nursing, or rocking your newborn to sleep.

Q:   DO I HAVE TO ASSEMBLE MY ROCKER ?
NO:
All Rockers are shipped fully assembled except for the 
two runner sleds on the bottom. The runners are shipped 
unattached and have pre-drilled dowel holes & pre-drilled 
nail holes in them. The base of the rocker is inserted into 
these holes and are secured in place by small finishing nails 
which are included with our instructions. That is all that is 
required of you. Your rocker is then ready for you to enjoy 
for many years to come. We even put a coat of polish on it !
