When a customer
calls or E-Mail us with a request for a specific custom made
item not shown on our web site, we take a digital photograph of
either a design concept or a similar item we have have done
in the past. We then let the customer view it on-line. We also show
our customers the finished end result of our work prior to shipment.~Customer
satisfaction is our highest priority.
